Nothing it is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent, nestled within a bustling mall with plenty of shops and eateries right downstairs. We found the bed to be incredibly comfortable, and the staff were always quick to respond to our needs. The hotel even provided an airport shuttle service for a small fee, which made our travel arrangements so much easier. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was a great leisure option for us to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had good lighting and air-conditioning. The hotel was located near many shops and eateries. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming.

The shower door was faulty and couldn't be opened and closed correctly, which was very dangerous. There was no satellite TV, only basic channels that spoke a language we couldn't understand.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The spacious room had excellent air conditioning and was always kept clean by the daily room cleaning service. The location was also perfect with many eateries and shops just a stone's throw away. The hotel provided water daily and there was even a kitchenette area with crockery and a fridge. The staff response was commendable, and transportation was easy to find with many taxi, Grab, and Uber options available.

Great place to stay over New Year's Eve! Enjoyed the spacious and clean room, and the awesome pool on the 5th floor. Conveniently located near a shopping mall with all the stores you need at your fingertips.

The cost of parking was unexpected, and the distance we had to walk from the parking area was inconvenient. the lack of signage made it difficult to find our way around at first, causing some frustration.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those who enjoy shopping and dining. It's situated within a mall and there are many restaurants nearby. the gym and pool facilities are nice and the furnishings in the rooms are modern. the room lacks essential amenities like utensils and towels for the number of guests. the parking is paid and there's a fee for valet.

The service needs improvement and the staff is not very responsive to guests' needs and complaints.
